Two additional family commitments

Family registration guide

Does the snack bar fee apply to T-Ball? Yes. The $25 snack bar fee applies once per family across all divisions, including T-Ball. Families with more than one player do not owe a separate fee for every child.

How do sibling credits work? The fee is required at checkout. RGS verifies sibling-credit requests and applies approved credits or returns duplicate family charges so the final snack bar charge is $25 per family. This correction is separate from the volunteer-hours refund.

How do we earn the refund? Complete four total hours of approved snack bar work, verified by RGS. Two 2-hour shifts are one example. Fewer than four completed hours do not qualify for a partial or prorated refund. Signing up for a shift does not count as completing it.

What will parents complete? Player and parent contact details, emergency contact and safety information, an optional photo-permission choice, fundraising selection, volunteer interests, and parent/guardian electronic agreements.

Previous-Season Balances

Any past-due balance from a previous RGS season, including any unresolved balance owed to RGS resulting from a reversed payment or chargeback, must be paid in full before a new Spring 2027 registration can be completed.

The Spring 2027 installment plan applies only to new-season fees and does not extend prior-season balances.

Spring 2027 payment plan

When registration opens, families may pay in full or choose the 3-payment installment plan. The plan splits the total into three approximately equal payments:

  1. First payment: due at checkout.
  2. Second payment: due December 15, 2026.
  3. Final payment: due January 15, 2027.

All installment-plan balances are due no later than January 15, 2027. If a scheduled payment date has already passed when you register, that installment is collected at checkout. Registrations on or after January 15 require the full balance at checkout.

The $25 snack bar family fee and any selected $100 per-child fundraising buyout remain separate registration commitments. RGS verifies sibling credits so the final snack bar charge is once per family. Processing fees and the exact payment amounts are displayed at checkout.
